Meet the Trainers
Tracy Sawrey has many years experience in customer service facing roles, having work for a large employer in the financial services sector.
She has a wealth of management experience ranging from Senior Training Officer to Skills Management Business Partner. Tracy is a National Training Award Winner and her area of expertise is management development, coaching and mentoring, sales and customer service.
Robert McDonald has extensive experience in the design and delivery of learning and development, with a specialism in Leadership and Management. This ranges from short, intensive business to business courses to longer nationally accredited programmes, including the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and Business Degrees. He also lectures in Business Strategy at Coventry University. Robert has excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively at all levels.
